lmao was mount rushmore art? if your theory is "CRIME IS NOT ART" well then, mount rushmore isnt art. nobody gave that dude permission to go carve those rocks. it was vandalism, but people let it slip because they saw the purpose and beauty behind it. the public doesnt understand graffiti well, so they slapped a bad name label on it.
