Im REYES DE OZ. I must say, I AM NOT AN STREET ARTIST! Im just a guy who wants to go into photography. but has a few things to say about Graffiti. I have meet a few people in Mexico, such as Nek, Frajo(Salas and GTO), Asko and so on. I have spend a few days with them walking on the streets all high and fucked up. The long nights of conversations inbetween the smoke of cannabis. I saw the uprising of the Obama stencil here in Salinas. The Monkey face of Menso/Asko. A point of view outside graffiti. ANYWAYS. The Face of GTO MEXICO. Part 2 Photos by: Reyes de Oz December 12 of 2009, right around 5am. I took off to Mexico in a Family vacation down to GTO Mexico. Right in the Center of the state happends to be a small town name Romita GTO, where I was headed. Mexico did happend to be fun and enjoyable. But this time, it was more focus on the art of the streets. Going back to Salas. I Meet a guy name Frajo, who happends to be joining us to our trip to Mexico. As we roll on the road, we had the longest converstation about the arts of the steet and the ways to expose it. Frajo, happends to be a Graffiti artist. or as the kids of today say it. His a Tagger. He does Graffiti. I myself Im not a Tagger, painter, stencil artist, Nothing in the field of street art. I happend to be a beginer photographer. And with one lence I was able to bring some of the art that Frajo showed me down in Mexico. I actually dont have art from California on this post.But the art is all from Mexico. I must say, I did learn a lot from Frajo and my brothers who are involve in the street art too. Mexico was fun, crazy and daring. From the first day we got there. Gettting high on the streets of Romita, walking around seeking for the colors that shine off from the street lights, to the Ugly valleys in Irapuato and Mexico City. I hope the view enjoys this pictures I took.
