CHAOMING, philly doesn't have remotely the same buff situation as baltimore, i did a throw 2 years ago along the highway and it just got buffed and a couple of my old shitty hands are still riding in the city... so dont act like we dont paint or some shit.
try getting your shit buffed before you even wake up the next day.
