that little line of phtots is from the beginning of the Iraq war,when they were fighting the Iqaqi army.But its extremly insane to look at it.Thats actually the point in time that somone was shot,your actually looking at the second somone stopped living.

It looks like the guy who is falling in the third frame was told to run because he was already wounded in the first frame when he's helping that dude

The Marine was already wounded when he ran up to help the Marine on the ground. He dropped his weapons by the remainder of the men to get the wounded man... when he was shot he stagerred backwards and collapsed.

The Marine who was the original one on the ground survived. One of the Marines who went to drag the wounded Marine back died. You have to realize that this occured in the middle of an intense firefight where the Marine just ran out to get the fallen man without thinking about his own life which he ended up losing.
