Simple sketch... The 3d is kinda messed up in some places... I'll fill it later
Nice stuff Rend... I don't like that 2nd style style... The other ones are tight though... Except the yellow outline makes my head hurt lol
this is a good place for you. keep working on this type of stuff.

I think the letter structer on the bone pices work well
Sorry, those pieces have no discernable structure.
yer whart u mean by that?
[/b]
sink, for you this means work on your n and k, change your n so it doesnt get so fat at the bottom and your k needs alot of work. try to make it so the bottom of the verticle line on the k is the same width as the top. overall it just doesnt flow very well. if your looking for a real deffinition of letter structure ask someone in person so they can demnstrate.
*buffalo, get a bigger picture

feelin the sticky p&b get that shit up
and base you should cut back on the fill a little and change your t so it looks less like a y
-
you should fix the 3d on the y and k

I'd like to agree with the fact that Illustrator sucks. And not in a good way.
If you are looking for a smooth texture, why are you using acrylic? Yes, it is possible to achieve this effect with acrylics. But, it would be much easier with many other mediums. My advice for such a flat color piece, would be to cut a multiple layer stencil. In my opinion, all that shit just kind of sucks. I could understand if you're just tryina belt out some shit to make a dollar from little girls with big sunglasses and rich parents. Do your thing- get your taco bell, wendy's money. Everybody's got to eat.
But as far as real work goes... no respect (from myself) for producing such listless garbage. Please prove me wrong.
i agree, just do a multi layer stencil, it will come out smooth and will probobly be cheaper to do. youve got the colors separated out nicely already so no work is required there.
"make a dollar from little girls with big sunglasses and rich parents." :haha: too true.

i used to do stuff that looks kinda similar...
i got away from it, but if you want to continue, i sugest you do a major overhaul of your j and e and c. play around with it.

vrid, you should refill the ink on that pilot marker.
-
faze1-do the same thing to the corners on the left side of the o as you have on the right corners. that little notch. right now it looks like "rdler"
-
dont use a web site to tell you how to do your first piece. just pick up a peice of paper and a pencil and start drawing.
