I hooked up an old empty speaker box and lined it with styrafoam filled it with old blankets some cat food and cut a hole in it and stuck it outside its like 4 degrees and theres 30 mph wind gusts and shit. I have half a mind to tell them off but its too cold

Burned through 550 calories... im a pussy... not ashamed to admit it neither. Theres this machine where you push out and it supposed to work your pectoral muscles... i dont have any pecs... im flat.. no titty. I pushed 50 lbs 60 times and 70 lbs another 20. Did 80 crunches. 3 reps of 15 on a few other machines at like 50 - 70 lbs. Did 5 laps in the pool.

I could feel myself slipping into pre sleep thinking about clever ways to break into an animal hospital. It just didnt seem like a good topic to fall out to. That and i was catching anxiety so now im awake again. Sometimes my mind works in really bad ways. I think shit out that i shouldnt all the time... At any rate i just popped a small handful of them OTC sleeping pills and hopefully i can pass out soon

I like most everything about myself. Im basically the shit. Good tastes, good looks, interesting hobbys, impeccable style, a stunning mixture of shady and selfless. If most other people didnt suck and if there were not so many institutions holdin me down and back i would be good.

I got this gold bond medicated powder that sometimes i put in my shoes and thinkin it was basically the same i decided to substitute powders and well.... shit aint sweet. My balls are hot and cold and tingly at the same time. I may need to take another shower.
