JA got up in London, Tri-State, LA few times... VFR tri-state (randomly) and London... Ghost did the international thing but mostly on the piecing tip and Euro trains, Ket did the international thing as well, mostly Europe.
ADEK has bombed Seattle, San Francisco, Oakland, Portland, Tokyo, Philly, Boston, Tri-State, Mexico?, etc... I'm sure I'm missing a bunch but that's what I've seen at least... and that guy MALVO seems to be up the most randomly all over the world.
