anyway the trump campaign has lost two dozen times in courts across the country. legal teams have quit. rudy giuliani solo'd an appearance yesterday and got spanked by the judge. he is billing the trump campaign $20k a day for this—good luck collecting that.

the (republican) georgia secretary of state says he was pressured to throw out thousands of legal votes by lindsey graham.

in michigan, well,

remember: it's only "voter fraud" when it affects republicans

of the individuals in these three stories, who actually cast fraudulent votes?

i have worked on political campaigns before. illegally registering voters is illegal but it's far from casting a vote. pull the numbers on the percentages of registered voters who actually vote. if you think the homeless are about to squad up and flip an election, stay on breitbart

I don't think feds consult w/ "Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan" about anything.  Not surprising she hasn't heard about any complaints.  The cases were not formed from complaints, they were formed from whistle blowers and sting operations that were conducted while everyone thought they were cheating and getting away with it.

The whistle blowers aren't going to tell the "potential problem" (Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan) about what's going on because it'd be a dead end avenue to achieving the goal of getting this out in front of everyone.

Is there an impeachment process or censure process for moderators based on user opinion?

Would you be sending DM's to get someone banned if they weren't a moderator?  I don't think anyone has moderated you on this forum.  If you have a complaint, you can raise a complaint but "how can I get so and so canceled" is all up in get bent territory for me.

And I prefer to stay out of any moderation here.

@the.crooked- if you have a problem with someone, why not just come out and tell that person that you have a problem in DM maybe.... directly to them.  Or if you want to act like you have huge balls, do it in public..... but keep the personal insults out of it and stick to conversation points that both parties would be interested in participating in.  Otherwise, if you don't have any legit complaints or nice things to say, you could make the choice to not say anything.

1. Sure, I'll be open about it. I find your, @Dirty_habiT, persistent overbearing perspectives flatly wrong, uneducated, ill-conceived, lacking rational backing, detrimental to the overall quality of content and engagement of this platform, and lastly, just fucking stupid. You've always been an idiot, now you're just a functionally dangerous idiot.

2. I'm not acting like I have huge balls. This isn't some dick swinging competition, it's the sad catharsis of grief about something from roughly half of my life dying a slow predictable death. I've sought to support this space regularly through purchase, promoting on IG, talking to people personally IRL trying to get people back here. I love this place, but jesus christ.

3. It was supposed to be a joke about you feelin real tight about the impeachment process. but insert <img.>UMAD.JPG</img> here. Really wasn't supposed to be that serious given your proclivity to tell people not to get into their feelings.

4. I hate to say it, but I think I'm out. Love most of y'all. Really miss what this place has meant to my life and communities, but it's aggravating, sad, and frustrating to see the baseline level of critical thought it's come to have. Good luck, Raven.

5. Go ahead and take your feelings out with the banhammer, dhabz.

6. @misteraven I'd appreciate a response either in the initial thread where I asked, or here, but how would you prefer CCPA requests be sent?

Whoa you really strapped your dick on for this one big boy.  Even though your post that brought this up was not very on topic for the election, we can entertain it anyway.

1.  It's easy to make the choice to stay out of the politics section if you don't want to bring any sort of up front debate to the table.  You are in Ch.0 btw.  That will solve all of your concerns in that regard.  Nobody is going to turn this place into a one sided dictatorship.  That's not what we have now, and that's not what we're going to have.... where only the moderators that agree with you exist.  Misteraven has hand selected every single last person that is on the leadership team here.  You have forgotten that?

2. It's a great place to love... yes, you are acting like you have huge balls.

3. Hilarious joke... but do you think you're the only person that is on here buying things and telling others about 12oz?

4. Misteraven doesn't need luck to do what he's done.

5. You swing off of everything I say "apparently" but you don't know that I have said several times that I am not here to moderate this forum?  It sounds like you're just being a big baby in front of everyone and showing your ass.

6.  CCPA.  LOL.  That explains everything I needed to know!

They halted certification.

the trump campaign withdrew their lawsuit, is what you're looking at, because they're damn near 1-30 at overturning this election. the best people, etc.

the michigan state republican electoral officials hesitated to certify results, did so after public uproar, and are now trying to walk it back and flying to meet with Trump to hear him pressure them to do it—even though it doesn't appear they have a legal way to even walk back certification. simply dismissing wayne county votes transparently throws the state, and is really, really dangerous territory. like third world shit.

we don't really go up from here; this is 1850s stuff.

That is a distortion of what happened. Some of those canvassers were threatened on a Zoom call that we can all see.

They were threatened, voted to certify under duress, and then found out that they had backing, so they rescinded their votes to certify.
The Dems didn't win anything. POTUS got what he wanted in the suit without having to continue it.
