I don't know what can be done about this other than getting more people to care about participating in politics. Really, I think if someone wants a good leader bad enough then they would strive to become that person. Nobody to blame for the elected officials except for the people..... unless of course you have Dominion voting machines, then the people are not to blame. The cheating politicians are.
