Apparently it’s supposed to measure how much we flex our backs as we lift stuff but I know it’s true purpose. Hell, there is even one old guy scooting around on the electric pallet jacks with a helmet on his head, as I go about making a fool of the idiots running the human zoo that is my work as I pick up what is akin to the “money” as in the Smash TV game and stack it on pallets for the corrupt “Killian” style game show hosts (Running Man reference) to profit from. I have hit a point where I don’t like storing shit so if my decor is disposable and cheap to come across using materials around the house. had some scrap matte boards pieces from the frame shop and some heavy weight paper/light weight boards some masking tape and a box cutter. I eyeball everything ended up with three lil buildings maybe one later of paper mache to blend some edges and some paint. aiming to use parchment paper for the windows for a glow effect. I did FedEX for 7 years back then when they didn't have cameras, and I was doing the same shit. I did everything, all the way up to management. I have a relative that owns a multi million business with God knows how many routes now since I've talked to him. Last conversation was he was waiting for Amazon to buy FedEx to obtain a higher pay. When a trailer arrived or departed, I would tag the door. Loading/unloading boxes, I would tag the flaps. Loading the delivery vans, I would tag their sliding doors. I mean they are not unionized like UPS, so I don't think there would be any drawback from employees so I could see how employees may feel like it's a better deal. On the delivery business with fedex I was told by a delivery business owner, fedex has a 2mil cap on the delivery contracts. That's why now everything is just FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery went away over here and Express. When FedEx released VISION, it was a game changer. VISION made the jobs easier, but I was only there to experience it for like 3 years. If was funny because I heard the beats spread then all the lights came on amd at that moment I knew what happened. Finished parking it, popped the hood and laughed. Went to Houston, Myrtle Beach, Philly, Delaware, and NYC. Saw almost everyone and everything I wanted to see. Went to The Barnes Foundation and got overwhelmed by the amount of art they have there. Forced my wife to run up the Rocky steps. Watched the Super Bowl at my buddy's house on acid. Definitely janky in some areas and guaranteed to fall apart over time but it’ll serve me well. Think I might be getting the hang of this shit lol.
