Goudreau (sp?) sounds like a bit of a dope who got in way over his head and that didn't have the smarts to run his business, let alone a coup in a highly militarised country run by Cuban intelligence. CIA also tried to talk the rangers - or whatever the other two American guys were - out of the operation when they got word of it. And if anyone knows about failed coups/invasions in LAtin America, it's the CIA. They didn't take the advice. . Goudreau then turned around and demanded 1.5 million in retainer cuz he needs wild ye to get him through the planning stage of this music festival. That may have been BS put up by Goudreau for local support or some other tripe. Dude has created new headaches for the US govt they really didn't need.
