If I had to guess it's a lifted ford 7.3 diesel mobile homo dungeon. Used ambulances can be had for rather cheap. My friend has one. Everytime I'm over at his place and look at it I quietly speculate about how many fucked up and dead people were in the back of that thing. Kinda creepy really.

Terrible night shot but the best i could do. Some of yous like the troglodyte trucks more than I do. I’m a sucker for a good van or a classic truck. This shit was crazy though. Definitely owns a shit load of lethal weaponry ...
