So proud of all you boys cooking all badass and shit. I'm taking notes.

Raven, I'm putting your chorizo burgers on my list of things to make. Time to change it up.

Good stuff! I’ll generally top off with velveeta or kraft sliced cheese because you want something that melts all gooey, but you can flip it a lot of different ways. Soooo good!

Post pictures and feedback if you make it.

TONIGHT I MADE A PESTO ALFREDO WITH FETTUCCINI, BROCCOLI, SPINACH AND BABY PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS... THE SAUCE WAS OF COURSE MADE FROM SCRATCH. BOTH STORE BOUGHT PESTO AND ALFREDO SUCK DICK. YES THAT IS A LIGHTSABER FORK.

Looks good man, but I'm gonna go ahead and say Costco's Kirkland pesto is fucking tasty. Just can't be too liberal with it because it's pretty oily.

NEVER TRIED IT. NO COSTO’S HERE. SHAME.

Color looks off to me in the pic but I did chocolate chip coffee ice cream using a chocolate/cinnamon/hazelnut coffee and a little Kahlua.

Tasty mistakes.  Not much to look at.  When I custard base ice cream I sometimes take the leftover egg whites and make meringue cookies.  Unfortunately I sensed that my 'sous chef' on the eggs got some yolk in there so instead I sheet panned it and then cut it into bars.  Vanilla chocolate chip.

1. fresh cut potato's with pepper, tajin, and salt

2. 3 eggs cooked halfway in separate pan

3. chop up the eggs and mix them in with the hashbrowns

4. I didn't have any fresh veggies or meat (sausage, bacon, etc) so I improvised on mixed in some salsa with hot sauce

5. occasionally flip and mix the hashbrowns, take a fork and test it for flavor and readiness

6. throw some shredded cheese over it for 5mins and you should be good

@~KRYLON2~putting in that mishmash breakfast work, OT on the AM shift.

Used to have this spot in NDG (Montreal) that had a good "mishmash" like that I'd order. Place was super small, the size of a small master bedroom with a small bar wrapping around this tiny ass kitchen. Almost no standing room. The food was so cheap, and really good and everyone in there always spoke English including the semi retarded cook who was always fighting with his sisters behind the counter. Good times.

TONIGHT I MADE PAN FRIED PORK CHOPS WITH HATCH GREEN CHILIE RANCH POTATOES, CORN AND CARROTS FROM THE FARMERS MARKET. WE HAD TO MIX IN SOME FROZEN CORN BECAUSE WE AS A FAMILY KILLED MOST OF THE CARROTS BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO COOK WITH THEM. THE CHOPS ALSO HAD A HATCH GREEN CHILIE RANCH BUTTER THAT I MADE FOR THE POTS...

We'll ever forget that extra gourmet home made meal my wife and I ate at your place one time, neither will Copa.

Can't imagine the level you're on now that you're growing your own food.
