My first attempt at sausage kale soup - fucked up buying ground pork when I should have cut up sausages. It was pretty good, will make again. For the egg dish above I would posit that perhaps a little less seasoning on the eggs would allow their flavor to shine a little more. Certainly a nice photograph though the rim of the plate makes a nice frame etc. Good looking bread ralphy, making bread at home is such a wonderful thing. I used the Mac n cheese from Costco and added the crawfish, andouille sausage, bacon and jalapeños. We used to have reminders set up for all that shit so we never forgot. Also, it's better to underfeed, than overfeed, that jar labeled "Bob" overflowed all inside a cabinet of ours in Queens once from being overfed and it was not fun. I'd exploit the dope scene in your area, find the artisanal champs of SF and lurk through the community on IG. Little later from the other room I hear one of the dogs start smacking her chops and then she wanders in and sits in front of the cheese lol.
