Yeah it says 5-10 year prison sentence in that article, but those can practically always turn into house arrest... he's already on house arrest and didn't try to skip out so I doubt they'll send his rich old ass to jail. I can't tell if PA has the sex offender distance-from-school laws or not, it looks like not for some levels and depends on community, but his mansion is pretty damn close to a school and he wouldn't be allowed to live there at all, basically forever in some states.
