iCEBERG
tron moved from L.A. to my city with stories of growin up in la primera(sp?) flats. an brought along a movie called American Me. he carried it with him to remember where he came from along with you know, photos an pictures an his graffiti along with all that good stuff. being mexican an growing up where he did, his father moved him out of that enviroment for a reason. an after watching that movie an listening to what he said. i have a whole new perspective on things. my point is if you havent seen the movie, watch it. Pistol
That movie was good. Except it always showed us Mexicans " plundering dat azz" in there. Some good qoutes "Open your eyes ese, you might like it" "Next time there will be shit on my knife , not on my dick" Blood in Blood out is horrible realistically. But funny as hell. That is one of my favorites quote wise. The Black Rooster

I'm sorry but Mi Vida loca was horrible. It wasn't even funny enough to overlook the lack of reality in that movie like Blood In Blood Out. You can tell that movie was made by a white girl that had never been in the varrio the movie took place in Echo Park. Not to mention that she made every person in that movie look like they were straight up 70-80's era gangster when it took place in the 90's. iCEBERG
nope i dont, different strokes for different folks. if you can relate to a movie, then its a givin ill enjoy expecially if its not far fetched thats all. i watch gangster movies, to street movies, to forieghn movies to kung fu, to basketball, to graffiti, to documentarys and to basically anything that meets to my standards of what makes a good movie for whatever reasons. so do me a favor and go judge somebody else dickface, act like you know better. Guest WebsterUno
Its funny how in Bound by Honor, and American Me, there was a white guy, with a fake leg, that eventually took over the whole shit and killed off the leader. khaotic970
and in real prison life he would be a slut and get killed but in a movie with a white director the white guy kills the leader and is somehow excepted by mexicans WILL NEVER HAPPEN

Guest WebsterUno
In American ME…JD told Santana that he was showing weakness, because he didnt want to kill off Lil Puppet. Soooo…JD ordered a hit on Santana. He didnt want to do it, but they would have lost structure had they not. It doesnt actually SHOW it, but its pretty obvious. JD would be next in line for the jefe spot. Mundo carried out the hit, but Im sure it was JD. JD was mixed, just like Michlo, in Bound By Honor. Michlo also ordered the hit on his jefe in the end!
