WHY IS MY BRAIN "BENCHED" TODAY?

im all screwed up i feel strange its not drugs i dont really mess around i just feel so illl like caged or something is it my job? is it my diet? do i need more vitamins? note evn 12oz is doing it for me today

oohhhh...

may i suggest that you go do something that you usually don't, like a museum or a walk by the river with just you and your thoughts. this usually helps me when i feel like that, wait a minute ive felt like that for two straight weeks now...

ha ha i was thinking about doing that the other day just keep running for a couple of years. then i decided i didn't want to wreck my new trainers. i think that is my ambition in life 'just to run'.

nato, cool idea, you would probably see alot mostly within yourself......

and i think i got it figured out (whats wrong with me) it's a familiar feeling from the past and im afraid to say it but i think it is a
