Benirschke was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault after she allegedly assaulted a friend with plunger while he was passed out. According to the criminal complaint, the victim reported to Sheboygan Police in February that on the evening of November 20, 2013, he passed out on a chair after drinking vodka with two female friends. When he woke up, he indicated that Benirschke had inserted a plunger handle into his rectum. The victim told police that he knows that the Benirschke tried waking him up with drops of water first before she inserted a plunger into his anus. He knows that it was the Erica Benirschke who did that to him and sexually assaulted him as he was passed out because he came to and he realized what was going on.
