=silently watching=

Recommended Posts

I like the way lines will tell stories in silence. i havent been painting trains nearly as long as some of you, or some of the guys i catch out here. but i have been watching for a long time. its fun to see the changes, the development. the people that come and go..and the ones that will be on the lines "forever" -- calling them out as they go by "ich!" "oh who is this on the full car?!" "damn is that a nace?!" "look at that kerse!" it is exciting when you see the engine coming. hearing the bells and whistles going off. watching people/traffic come to a halt just to let the line stay in route. trains have priority over just about everything in motion on a daily basis. do yourself a favor, go kick back next to an active line for a few hours this weekend. let the lines do the talking.

enjoy the photos!!
