I'm staying at a friends on the ues bc my hood has no power. I heard the explosion last night at the ConEd plant, and the lights flickered, then about 10 mins later another explosion and the lights went out at around 8:30. To see manhattan with no lights whatsoever is erie and wack as hell, like the city was dying on me. Not cool. For a second I was like, it would be great to go painting but when you get a little older and see devastation first hand I bitched up a little. I was too busy looking for a place to eat for 3+ hrs. that I didnt bother with anymore photos. I had to go 60 blocks to find a spot that was open or selling something other then candy.
