It looks like it's missing one thing, maybe two---either a worker resplenent in flo-orange vest and hat eating a ham sandwich on the sculpture (he's taking a lunch break from goldbricking it directing ped. traffic) or the same guy this time standing next to the sculpture with one of those strike signs hanging around his neck.
