With Germany and their train bombings. All over europe every city block there is graffiti. They're keeping it alive. While in Usa Train graffiti is dead no one does it. Some do but very little. Also I point out that Euro have their own style no one bites off each other there. While here in usa everyone bites off each other. Some have the same damn style. Also Europe they're doing some crazy ass spots. But Usa is still good. They hitting it up. Even in chicago which graffiti is fucking buffed in a day. People still hitting up streets. Graffiti was/is one of Americas only prominent art movements. the US started this shit but that doesnt make us the best.
