Marinate em a few hours in orange juice and Sierra Nevada then slow cook/steam em sealed in a foil cocoon with a slurry of chilis, jalapenos and some habanero peppers on top. Seal it up tight and cook it in your oven for a few hours. I usually do em at 250 for like 3 and a half hours. Maybe 300. I dont remember. Then throw em on the grill for another half hour. Put a bunch of that Old Bay on there. Keep meaning to get some hickory to smoke em with favorite season but on topic. cars abandoned shit unemployment I dont really get to see other parts of the state that often. Think there is more forest than farmland tho. Furthur north you go especially. I just kno driving to west toward chicago at night and you make a stop its so quiet.
