If you apply for government loans or grants and shit, you must be registered. It does not in any way sign you into the military. It just puts you on a draft list. The draft was repealed after Vietnam. Not registering only hurts you. Go to the post office and do it. Real talk though, if Bush had decided to invade Iran there would have been a draft. The draft was never repealed, it was just put on a hiatus. If it was actually repealed then there would be no need for people to register for it in the first place. Other then the weather canada was awesome. Cheap drugs, cute girls, free healthcare, and i was cooler than everyone.
