Karl_Hungus
from http://www.memphisminnies.com/ Vinegar based is my favorite. The mustard based is good on certain things but the red sauce is a crowd pleaser. Get 'em all!

Drue_Down
meh, I give up. I tried to buy different sauces the last year from all over: farmers markets, gourmet stores, (online) restaurants, regional grocery chains..... The wife & I agree, Rudy's is where it is at, so I just replenished my stash. Unless, of course, there are some new recommendations here..... Lesbian Fisting
Stoked this thread is still going. I work in a restaurant as a saucier. BBQ sauce falls under my list of responsibilities. Ill send it to whoever, where ever if they cover shipping. No cost for my sauce. Smoked anchos and coffee grounds are the game changers. Cozys and the BBQ shop are both better imo. Blues Hog Sauce http://blueshog.com/website/main.html For anyone that orders this, I'll take your first born son as a thank you. There's another place I used to go to near Memphis just to buy sauce, I can't remember the name but people used to rave about their fried green tomatoes. Anyway, their actual bbq was nothing stellar but the sauces they had were fantastic. There's still a bottle at my friend's house, I'll check the name if no one knows what I'm talking about.
sexcauldron
The place I was talking about is called Center Point BBQ, it's in Hendersonville, TN which I'm pretty sure is close to Memphis. Here's their site, the online store is under construction still but they make some seriously delicious sauces and fried green tomatoes. http://centerpointbbq.com/
Guest
Fuck with Neeleys Interstate BBQ, Memphis finest. you can even buy slabs of ribs on the website now, but the sauce and dry rub is probably enough for ya http://neelysbbq.com/store/cart.php This stuff is crack tho, beware

CALIgula
kinders: the mild bbq sauce is what they put in their bottles at their restaurants. i currently have a bottle of the exxxtra hot bbq sauce in the fridge. found out about them from the reno rib cookoff (see milk's post)....even though bone daddys from michigan had the best sauce and ribs, kinders came in a close 2nd place for me....went to the kinders in the east bay (antioch) just to have it again (an hour drive from me)
