i'm frustrated with college. Trying to find out the best path to a 4 year for the least amount of money. Mainly favorable arbitration agreements. You would think this info would be real easy to get ahold of but this is proving to be anything but the case. What im looking for and I know exists is the 3-1 scenario. I found something like it at 1 local university but its not my first choice of schools. More specifically 3 at the community college where credits are less than $90 an hour and the last year at the university.

you need to make sure that the course/credits you take at the community college apply towards the degree when you transfer to a university. otherwise you're taking classes that won't count.

but that is the best route...get the AA from a community college and finish your BA at the university.

shits so bad that university students are taking classes at the fucking community college...

thx for the feedback. Im fully aware of the 2 and 2. Heres my specific circumstances. I have a BA already. Did 2 and 2 but decided to go another direction and started taking computer science classes

a couple years ago. Now I have 48 computer credits and a bunch of Gen Ed credits from 8 years ago the first time thru. the 48 credits is good enough for a couple certificates from the community college. I was going to keep attending but just taking classes about the things i think i will be able to use and or the things i'm interested in. Networking, a UNIX/Linux class, a class about computer forensics until i talked to this girl in my class who said she is doing an extended associates (I'm close) and transfering 90 credits to the university thus starting at the university as a senior.

So this sounds fucking awesome. I would have to take 4 more classes at the community college, 3 of which are unrelated to computer science (into to biz, communications, and elementary algebra and a UML class) then transfer 90+ credits to a 4 year school. 30 more and I have my second bachelors being in Information Assurance.

I just need specifics at this point and i'm having trouble finding them.

My school fucked me in my last semester and never put my financial aid through. Then I got a letter kicking me out for failure to pay which coincided with an incomplete course. At my school those courses turn into F's after 6 weeks into a new semester, needless to say it took me a year to pay off the ransom, and when I did I had an F for the last class I needed to graduate. I've been out about 2 years with no degree and one class left, but I can't afford to pay for it again plus would have to re-apply and pay $100 fee to get my application looked at. I have been told the teacher can change the grade but its been 2 years. I definitely gotta look into this shit because I'm actually starting to see jobs in my field being posted that require a bachelor degree and I'd like to catch a ride on the money train when it goes by.
