CALIgula
not another lunar eclipse in northern hemisphere until 2014 seeing as how the world will end in 2012, technically, this is the last lunar eclipse in the northern hemisphere ever.

NeRVe54
seeing as how the world will end in 2012, technically, this is the last lunar eclipse in the northern hemisphere ever. Doubt it. But things will be definitely different in the new age (Aquarius). Though I wouldn't doubt a significant amount of the population could decrease over the next few years. But that would more than likely be at our own hands. Even if I'm wrong about everything I just said (and I could be) the world still won't end, we just won't be here in the same physical form :scrambled: Anyway, not trying to derail the thread. My bad. !@#$%
word words! i will be pretty happy if i can stay up for it, get some flicks AND post em. we'll see. i have a mega-cool boss now though so she wouldn't care if i'm in late tomorrow. as for the end of the world, i see it like my dad does: it would be far to simple and simply awesome, for us all to go out in a big bang blaze of glory the actual end-of-the-world will be a long, painful, torturous slog. it's coming, one way or another, just a matter of whether or not WE destroy it before the sun or an asteroid does. and now back to our regularly scheduled programming. abrasivesaint
so this is happening tonight? awesome. it just snowed here so im gonna pitch a tent in the woods and sit around a fire drinking and smoking weed, playing my acoustic singing bard songs of rangers and warriors to the woodland animals while coyotes hold down the choruses howling at the eclipsed moon. come tomorrow i will be known as the Northeast Beastmaster. not really, sounds like a solid idea though.
