Should I put on my V for Vendetta mask and stand in front of the pentagon with a longcat for ULTIMATE LULZ?! Yes, I'm very upset. Your psychic internet emotion reading powers are well honed. You must have trained for many minutes. I bow before thee, oh great one. I don't care if you wear a Barney the dinosaur costume and stand out in front of gay bars waving a sign proclaiming yourself grand master of the Anunaki, son. Do big things. All this 4chan lingo holds no meaning for me. I'm not anonymous, I'm not a channer. You spend a lot of time in this thread for someone who doesn't care anything about it, though. WorldBench
Care to explain? already wrote like a 10 page hate rant against the site months ago in crossfire when the afghan diary dropped, and people said it was harmless, then i came with the knowledge and showed how hundreds of soldiers names were dropped, informants, etc. including cell numbers, locations, units etc. like i said, secret doc's are labeled secret for a reason how do any civilians benefit from knowing the SSG John Smith (from 1/2 infantry out of fort Campbell, Kentucky) was part of Operation Sand Viper that killed 12 insurgents, uncovered 2200 lbs of explosives and killed 4 civilians that were related to the 12 insurgents, and the information for the raid was provided by abdul khairy (from sadr city, bagdhad) @ 071-12-123-4455 nobody gains any awareness or knowledge by this site, things happen for a reason that are all above your level in society for a reason if you think wikileaks will make a difference in society, that's almost as big a joke as saying 'imma be a politician to change society' get off your high horses of conspiracies and hippyness and just accept how life is for a reason, you could have it worst and live in a country where porn is outlawed, stealing gets your hands cut off, and graffiti means a shooting squad enjoy your life in this hypocritical, arrogant yet ignorant country of america. //end todays rant if you really want to support the site, tell them to do a better job of censorship to people who have no control of events or situations that happened

Are you honestly insulting me? If we're dishing out insults, I know something about you that you'd rather not have blown up on 12oz. If reporters did their jobs, WL would have no reason to exist. Also, Dyncorp getting caught (again) trafficking in little boys for Afghani faggots is pretty big news. Wouldn't have come out w/o WL. Plenty of interesting tidbits can be taken from the WL's in the recent months.

From what I've read, WL has gone to the Pentagon and asked for help redacting anything that they might not want out there. Pentagon refused. They should have taken this into consideration and done some redacting of names, but I guess when you have that many cables it's a nearly impossible job with such a small staff. What I'd like to see is what he has on the banks/bankers. That should be more mind numbing than what he's shown us so far. maybe he should operate more like Cryptome.org? Wikileaks does some good reporting. but WorldBench is right. publishing afghani/iraqi informants and american/canadian/nato soldiers names, GPS coordinates, ETC gets people killed. or how about when he published the newest IED defensive techniques/technology? how was that helping? julian assange is a wingnut who has an anti-american agenda. a lot of us don't agree with the decisions and things the american gov't has done (and in doing so a lot of western gov'ts have cooperated with) - but he shouldn't be putting people on blast like that... they aren't sticking to their mission statement anymore.
