!@#$%
i wonder if this shit will actuslly do anything except make shit worse. it amuses me to think that some people are naive enough to think they can end corruption by exposing it unfortunately shit does not seem to work that way sorta like abu ghraib, and the scandal.. it didn't do anything. gitmo is still open, we still have secret prisons and torture people for info. this sort of stuff will probably only make the banks and gov'ts hide what they do a little better. all the horrifying information in the world won't make complacency die. imo

mountain dew
1700+ Analysts are expecting mastercard stocks to fall, swiss bank site is still down from yesterdays attacks. Mastercard attacks are set to continue for atleast another 24 hours. The stock may fall, but that would be the time, since it would just be a temporary down, then rise back up to it's normal level. Spitfire15
People who still live with their parents must make up 100% of the fucking fags that do this because no one with a bank account and half a brain would try and fuck over the people holding their money. Child shit.

Lewis and Clark
my company website was down for a day and a half (mon-tues) (not MC/visa/PP) my boss read the article and asked me if i thought they attacked us... lul MasterCard and Visa have been threatened with legal action after suspending card payments to WikiLeaks. Skip related content DataCell, which facilitates credit card donations to WikiLeaks, has decided to sue both companies in an attempt to make donations through these channels possible again. "They have no problem transferring money for businesses such as gambling sites, pornography services and the like. Why a donation to a web site which is holding up for human rights should be morally any worse is outside of my understanding."

This was not a insignificant event in the history of the U.S. and did result in some real gains being made in the legal arena of civil rights. I am not sure that I follow your line of thinking, should one simply start from a place of complacency when faced with injustice?

lord_casek
People who still live with their parents must make up 100% of the fucking fags that do this because no one with a bank account and half a brain would try and fuck over the people holding their money. Child shit. From what I've gleaned "these people" are made up from all walks of life. Highschool/College students, cops, lawyers, techies, black/white hat hackers, and other assorted John Smith's from various walks of life. It does seem childish in some aspects, but I'm glad someone is doing something instead of sitting on their duff's and complaining. There was a General who gave a speech in the Pentagon not long ago. He was talking about a new front for war. This is that front. I'm not sure the rules of the norm reside here at all. P.S.: I'm not totally for this because of ACTA and all...I think this bolsters the backing for such things, but I do support us knowing the truths of what happen on a global scale.
