Not only hip-hop. I went to a historically black college and those fools tried acting all conscious about their race, but just got their asses handed to them by the professor when I or any non-black person knew an answer that they were expected to know about their history. Nobody pulled a "honky knows all" play. You're just getting defensive and misreading what I wrote. THE TEACHER (always a black person) was the one who was angered by the lack of knowledge these kids had of their own history. How does answering a question in class make you into a know it all?
