The new "you're and your"

Recommended Posts

Is would've and would "OF".

It's everywhere, even here on our very own oontz territory and no one seems to mind or notice this obvious miscorrection. Of and Have are very different. Very.

"Would of" is not new.

It's been in the northeastern United States vernacular for at least as long as I've been alive.

The only thing that is new is this spelling/grammar nazi shit.

The only people who gave a shit about proper grammar before the internet were English teachers.

Everybody else would of gave you a wedgie for trying to correct somebody's grammar.

Honestly, I could give a fuck about the "you're" and "your" mixups.

This error really annoys me for whatever reason though.
