Realism
DECRIMINALIZATION keep your dealers payed and walk down the street with a jay, and then get a shitty ticket for 10 bucks or something. Even if my state does decriminalize it (beyond medicinal usage) I would smoke like I smoke now, which is not like a fool in the open. Tickets for possession are generally about 100 dollars, and while that's a sum I wouldn't mind paying to avoid court bullshit or a holding cell I'm not gonna put my money on the line to burn half a gram in public... Not to mention the fact when the laws loosen in one sector they tend to tighten in another, meaning you're looking at more harassment from police and more $$$ in tickets for smoking in public settings. Especially if the shit is fully legalized please believe they're going to regulate where you are allowed to smoke extremely harshly.
