Maskface
This has been, to date, the only movie that has actually scared me to the core. I am pretty embarrassed about this fact and don't wanna see it again cause I know it's just gonna be silly and terrible and not an ounce scary at all. But when I saw this in theaters, I couldn't look at a mirror for weeks afterwards. Pretty much every other horror movie I've seen has induced jumps, cringes, and laughs, but not real fear. nah man that film is still quality. I watched it recently and it was still an eerie film with an amazingly creepy score (one of the best horror scores ive heard) One of my favourite horrors. I watched Inside the other night..good film and gory as fuck but maybe too much action... detracted from the tension and suspense, although there were generally some creepy moments. francis buxton
Saturday: "People Under the Stairs" -Still dope after all these years. Actually kinda scary at first, then it gets pretty funny towords the end, like many scary movie. "Tales From the Hood" -So so good. Not scary in the least, but very entertaining. "Fright Night" -Classic, but I already watch it like once a month, so, yup. All in all, pretty good way to waste a cloudy day. Maybe at some point I'll start watching the right movies and on the correct night. Or not. I'll probably break and watch the Burbs early. I just love that movie too much. Spaceman Spiff
School has been kicking my ass. Not bad at all. Fairly creepy, but not really scary. Meh.
Maskface
devils backbone was probably an all round better film than the orphanage, but the orphanage was creepier

Spaceman Spiff
Today was The Re-animator. Not bad. Haven't read the stories though. I think I need a Frankenstein movie. And if anyone is thinking about reading the book for the first time, forget it. I couldn't stand it because Dr. Frankenstein was extremely ignorant. The monster was a much better character in the book than in the movies though.
IOU
I still the like the original Frankenstein movie a lot. You should check out Dr. Frankehooker.. I think that's the title.

Spaceman Spiff
For some reason I thought Battlefield Earth and Event Horizon were the same movie or something. I heard Battlefield Earth was horrible, so I whenever I saw Event Horizon, I thought it was Battlefield Earth. I dunno.

Dirty Art Magazine
Night of the living dead (1990) was pretty great. I was always a fan of the original. My friend put me on the the remake just the other day. Does not disappoint
