A few years back I was hitch hiking in Australia. I got a lift with this old typically Aussie guy who was driving with a beer in one hand. (n/h) At first I was a bit suspcious of him.

 

Then during conversation he said "yeah I divorced my second wife shortly after our honeymoon (he was on his fourth wife at the time). Actually during the honeymoon I had to get brain sugery....waterskiing drunk!".

 

After that I realised the rest of the trip was going to be sheer awesomeness.

I realized Walter is the fucking villain. If it wasn't for him Dude wouldve only had a rug that smelled like piss.

 

 

damn wurga. musta been at least a good 40 some odd times on my clock. wayyyy too many times.

Lost like 20 lbs in the last couple weeks because of being on medicine that suppresses appetite as a side effect. Not quite 'wanted' weight loss. I've been told i looks good tho ... But I feel scrawny.

I've been movie hopping all day. Waiting for my 3rd movie of the day to start. Contagion was DOPE. Cowboys amd Aliens SUCKS. I'll let you know how Our Idiot Brother is....

whaddyu dudes reckon the best way to start on that..?

 

Disregard all of the above advice, because it's slow and inefficient.

Go to a gym, get in the squat rack, squat.

Deep squats.

Ass down by your ankles.

Start with a lighter weight.

Add 5-10 pounds to the bar each workout.

Do sets of 5 until you can't no more...but do at least 5 sets.

Then do deadlifts.

Do that at least 3 times a week.

Eat lean protein (at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight) and vegetables.

If you do feel the need to run, do sprints.

Not slow emaciating cardio.

Drink 2+ gallons of water a day.

 

 

Jogging is not BSM and your 6 pack is built in the kitchen, not the gym.
