I'm sure you can fight the ticket. If the cop doesn't show up, you might just have to pay court fines and have the charges dropped. But seeing that you spit in the cop's face? He might be tracking that fucking number. Probably hoping you'll fight it. Was it a white cop? If so, just pay it. That guy has your photo in his wallet as a reminder.
