Friday night my throat started to feel itchy and sore, then Saturday morning I woke up feeling like my glands were swollen. This stuff may seem weird BUT IT WORKS!!! For like the first week I used it twice a day (morning/night) and one saline bottle full for each nostril. It sucks the first couple days but you eventually get used to the feeling and your allergies clear up. Now I only use it when I start to feel them coming back and poof they go away.
