This beast was purchased for $80 in full working condition. Dim Sum time. So fucking good. Highlights were some scallop based deal and these(not pictured) spicy garlic shitake mushrooms. The food was so damn good. My boy has fucking great taste in food. Driving to Pasadena. English style pub in Old Town. They something like 30 plus beers on tap and that doesn't even include the bottled stuff. The motto there is "No crap from the tap." Also got to see the Dodgers win. I now have a favorite beer. Previously mentioned friend just gave this to me for a gift. Totally unexpected and completely appreciated. Getting ready for the night time portion. At the girl's house. She got us a couple of tickets for a sunset cruise type deal. Can't wait do that. There was a lot of this drinking thing going on. I'm pretty sure this cat was traumatized this weekend. Coolest nightlight ever. Drive out to a party featuring DJ Pierre. The venue was called the Proud Bird. Conservative sounding porn name. This place was real dope. Right next to one of the runways to LAX I believe. Seeing a jet come in for a landing only hundreds of feet from you is pretty awesome. Beer and flicks don't make good friends. Smoke break. It was a fucking sick ass weekend. Even my dad came out the Sunday party. All my friends got a huge kick out of that. Funny thing is my pops used to hang out at the place I played back in the 50/60s I believe he said. Small world. My friends and fam showed me mad love this weekend. I'm pretty sure this was the best birthday ever. And it's not over, come this weekend my girl and I are going to Big Bear. Cabin with a hot tub and fireplace.
