As much as I enjoy an ice cold PBR I still love me a good import or micro/macro brew with dinner or when Im out on the town with a special lady friend. Currently Im livin in Indy and Im really not sure whats to offer from here, early next month I will be back in Portland where there is a lot of good beer so I can do a lot more then.

Lately Ive been wantin to try this

Your best bet is probably just to take this into the beer thread. A lot of serious beer connoisseurs in there.

I'd be down to exchange some beer with people though, especially since i can get ahold of a lot of good beer that isn't available in a lot of places in the midwest and east. I'll have to think up what beers i've been wanting to try but haven't been able to find.

Ah, shit, i forgot about Carlton. Pretty sure thats relatively available in the states as well, unless i'm mistaken (which i very well might be). I'm gonna have to try to find some now that it's nicer out. You aussies seem partial to the kind of beers that are good for hot weather drinking and bbqing, but still have decent alcohol content.

im assuming it aint cheap to send... beer aint exactly feather light.

Flat rate boxes. Same price regardless of weight up to like 50 or 75 pounds. https://www.prioritymail.com/flatrates.asp You can get the boxes at most any post office, and i'm pretty sure other shipping companies have flat rates as well.

it dont have to be a case, just a bottle or two works to try something out. I guess its all up to whatever whoever wants, besides a lot good beers come in larger than a 12oz bottle which is plenty enough to get a taste.

Im assuming these hipster comments are coming from the fixed gear beer (which wasnt intended for hipsters) I was interested in trying. There is always a beer out there I cant get and wanna try but at the moment that is all I canthink of besides Sam Adams Utopias which I doubt anyone on here would send....
