Mayweather v.s Mosley

asthma al

Recommended Posts

He beat Ricky Hatton in his prime. Ricky was undefeated until he fought Mayweather.

Pacquiao fought De La Hoya long after Mayweather fought him. Pacquaio beat DLH who was a shell of himself. Mayweather beat DLH when he was still a decent fighter.

Juan Manuel Marquez fought to a controversial draw with Pacquiao, which a lot of people thought Marquez won. Then the second fight Pacquiao could only win by a split decision.

Mayweather fights Marquez and dominated him all 12 rounds easily.

T;7348523']Thats why he gets no respect in the last 7 years of his prime look who he fought. Also when he did fight good fighters it was already after they had suffered losses. Not in there prime.

You dont stay in your prime for 7 years my man, and look at some of the names and weight classes, you notice there 5 different ones in there??

I mean comon in 7 years, Marquez, DeLaHoya, Hatton, Baldimor, Gatti, Judah, Mosely, these are good boxers my dude.

You can call it what you want, look up Manny's record, I bet you only know one or 2 names. And the bitch got 5 losses, how you gonna compare a man with 5 losses to a man whos undefeated and won titles in 5 different weight classes???

Took a L, what did you watch nigga?! This nigga is 31-0 he just spanked Miguel Cotto, one of the top welterweights out right now.

Nope, that was Jose Miguel Cotto, Miguel Cotto's brother. Never been as good as his more famous little brother. No easy feat, but still not a major challenge.

Didn't see this fight but I'll say it again, Mayweather will beat Pacquiao and it will be massively disappointing to everyone.

Mayweather is too big, fast and smart for Pac.

Pac is good but May is better

you have a 3 maybe 4 round window fighting May if you cant beat him by that then you're done.

Mosely screwed up by just looking for the big punch after the second round. May is too smart for that and will not let you catch him slippin again. He knew what Mosely wanted to do and he had the perfect counter for it.

Long he fought in 07 manny fought him in 08. How over the hill can you get in one year. Also Manny demolished delaoya and made him quit. Wayweather didnt come close to that performance.

Mayweather kod hatton in 12th. Manny KO'd him the 2nd round 1 1/2 year later.

Look at pacmans last fights all world class fighters. barrera, morales, delahoya, hatton is a bum, clottey, cotto, larios. I doubt besides Delahoya who has faced this much great names in there last 7 yrs of fighting. and Delajoya lost all of them almost.

Im not a huge pacman fan, but i know mayweathers record and tiptoeing through the division the last 7 yrs is as suspect as his chin.

All the fighters he didnt fight that he could have kermit cintron, winky wright, margarito, miguel cotto, pacquio, mosely, all these guys were out there available he never wanted a part of them.

And marquez is a great fighter, but not a welterweight at all it was his only fight at that level, you cant move up that fast and face someone like mayweather. It looks good on paper but they fought at super featherweight nothing like welterwight.

posia now name the ones mayweather hasnt beat besides Morales.

Clottey, Cotto, Morales, barrera, larios. Those 5 mayweather wouldnt touch in his prime. They were out there to fight but he knew better. Now he would fight them. Manny went to war with all those guys in there prime thats why he gets the respect he deserves.

The thing is Maweather is gifted and he might have beaten all those guys in his prime but he could have got Ko'd by one of them as well like he almost did this time. Mayweather learned his lesson early when he almost lost to castillo not to underestimate those mexican fighters. Now though they are all older and wouldnt be much of a match for mayweather. guranteed morales, barrera, cotto, in 2006 would have been great fights vs floyd and huge paydays. But mayweathers first PPV was against a has been gotti instead. He took the safe route cause he cares about that undefeated record. thats why real boxing fans hate mayweather.

Seriously??? Joshua Clottly, you put his name in there.

\He came up because Pacman pulled out the Mayweather fight.

Joshua Clottly was not a top rank fighter, he was a replacement fighter!!

And isn't Erik Morales one of the 5 losses Pacman has???

I been watching boxing since I was 7, thats 1989. I don't even know who the fuck Larios is!!!!

Its gonna happen either one of them is gonna have to fight Berto or Paul Williams if they dont fight each other, so well see soon enough.

Ill be back later.

Alright, another thing... you guys do realize it's Pacquiao that's avoiding the fight... Mayweather already called him out and told him to take the blood & urine test. Pacquiao is the one declining. Mayweather is going to take the exact same test. Shane Mosley took the same test in this last fight.

What is Pacquiao hiding?

Even my dad, who's always hated Mayweather (saying he only fights people he knows he can beat, and that he's scared of Pac, etc etc), admitted recently that he's the best out there right now.

I think it came from him finally watching the 24/7 for this fight, because he was talking about how hard Mayweather trains and whatnot

Mayweather is smart and knows what he's doing. If you love him you'll watch and hope he wins; if you hate him you'll watch and hope he loses. either way he's still getting paid and when you have money who gives a fuck what people think about you.

Yeah hes smart he's the fucking Technician, these say he sucks blahblahblah simply because he's not a brawler, he's a motherfucking technician.

He wins boxing matchs by boxing.

This is the truth but everyone acts like Mayweather is pulling out and ducking.

Manny isn't hiding shit, dude is fucking susceptible to mind games, and Mayweather is pulling a fast one on him. He'll eventually accept, be saddled with the weight of bowing down to an opponent's ridiculous request, and lose the fight... and it will have not much to do with the mindgame (although it'll certainly help), he'll lose because Mayweather is just too fucking good.

i didnt watch the fight i just watched the second round real quick on youtube. after sugar caught floyd and he almost fell he didnt throw another decent punch after that. if u ask me it did look suspect a little bit. almost like they were talkin when they held.. if u almost knocked someone on their ass why wouldnt you keep goin for his chin. he threw a bunch of little pussy body shots. none even decent. idk. i dont like to believe this shit is set up but i dont see why he wouldnt keep goin at him if he almost knocked him out twice in that round.

The only thing Mosley tried to do the rest of the fight was go for Mayweathers chin and May wouldnt give it to him. Mayweather looked embarassed in the corner and came out pissed in the 3rd round and kept punches in Mosleys face and out boxed him for 10 rounds.

I agree, I personally think it's absured to say Manny is doing something like steroids, he's never had any history as far as I know, but he got shady quick!!! And I agree 100 with you, it's all mind games!!!

So was Tyson walking to ring sweating in black boots, black short, no robe, and mad as hell.

So was Ali talking shit about you and everything personal to you for 3 months before the fight. So was Tommy Hearns giving you that stare like he hated everything you meant when the ref is giving instructions. Mind games is the first way to beat the oppostion, has been in boxing.

But I agree all around its games, and either way Manny can't whip him.

He gave him everything he had, mayweather took that and commenced to whipping that ass, and being the defense man he has always been.

What about the Phantom punch you think thats rigged too??

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIY9T8zFjAI

If we gonna talk about rigged, lets talk about a real debate, theres no debate in the mayweather fight.

Count the time from when he falls to when Jersey Joe moves and Ali attacks.
