What are they up to? Their plan is to block and ban users who keep uploading copyrighted material, and to get people who were looking to get the content for free, to pay for it.

Ive been using RS for a long time... and prefer it for most of my dl's... most uploaders worth a shit label their rs link without the content name so that links cant be reported. On my blog as well as most of the blogs I frequent for music use media fire for single track downloads....but.... for any large file downloads RS is the jam.

RS is never the jam. Timers before you can download shit, download limits, huge waits once you reach the limit, can't do multiple downloads at once, etc. Mediafire is superior in all ways unless you paid for a RS account, but if you paid for that shit you're a sucker anways because mediafire does the exact same shit for free

they dont understand.....when you close down one site, or make it hard for people to get what they want for free, tons of other copycat sites pop up....eventually if people want free shit on the internet, they will find a way to make it happen.

look at napster...after they made getting music for free difficult, a bunch of other p2p sites popped up...now everyone is using rapidshare and mediafire.

some people put shit on blogspots and forums.

where theres a will, theres a way.
