How about some Yemenite Jewish food? Melawach with schug and tomato sauce. or maybe... Jachnun with an egg, schug and tomato sauce. Side story: This one time my best friends sister made me Melawach. Usually its fried plain and you put schug, which is really spicy, and that tomato sauce on top. Instead she she mixed a sweet spice mixture into the dough and fried it. It was amazing.
