B40-8
"Widener University law professor Stephen Henderson said using a laptop camera for home surveillance would violate wiretap laws, even if done to catch a thief." WTF? So some dude breaks into my house, I catch him on video from the little camera in my mac book, but somehow I'd be the one who broke the law? This guy has to be full of shit. Otherwise cams at banks, retail stores, etc. would be deemed unconstitutional and any video evidence would be thrown out of court. I think what lawyer oner is referring to, is if a dude steals the laptop, takes it home with him, then opens it up and photog's him, thats unconstitutional. If it photos him in your house, its all safe and gravy, he's on your property.
