theprotester
Link no work. I have vivid/lucid dreams about being at work in fairly normal situations. Annoyingly they are so real that sometimes I believe I've told people to do things, or think I've done things myself - when in reality I just dreamt it. Toiletseat
are you a prostitute?
theprotester
No. Point is, most of my dreams are about fairly normal, work related issues. Which gives rise to that 'de ja vu' dream feeling - which is happening more and more frequently.
MedicineCabinet
word i need to start practicing lucid dreaming again. part of said practice requires writing down dreams in detail & getting better at remembering them, which this thread could also be used for. not saying one would have to write it all down here, but as more of an consequential side practice or something, with the dreams that are volunteered to be shared. idk dont know why that link done fd up, but here it is again -http://wakinglifemovie.net/
you can microwave bacon
Jeezus. Last night I was trapped in a crawlspace full of garbage and dead antelope and deer every small passageway to get out there were sleeping homeless dudes, and I was too sketched to go through their camp apparently, so I just did ballpoint pen tags on the fusebox that was in there thinking "If any writer sees these they'll think I'm a fucking loony champion"
MedicineCabinet
about a month ago, i got up (just the upper body, ass & legs were still on the bed) & awoke as i was yelling shut the fuck up in a dream. went something like, "mmrrerruuuaaHEFUCKUP!" only time thats ever happened
finEyoungCamel!!!
deja vu is common place. atleast once every 2 months. was wondering where you'd see the image to begin with. would have to be in a dream.
MedicineCabinet
tru. dont often experience deja vu, but there are a few same random places that ive seen a bunch of times while dreaming. maybe its just bits of what has been seen irl thats getting jumbled up, but idk. felt/knew ive been to that same place in another dream each time, sometimes during said dreams & every time after
MedicineCabinet
imma do a rough sketch of one of those places.. saw it again in that movie i just posted in the recommendation thread (the island), theres a bit of dreaming involved. dont wanna ruin it for anyone that hasnt seen it, though
MedicineCabinet
had a fairly detailed, happy dream wonder how often (& if ever) someones dreaming about you as youre dreaming about them.. & if the same thing is happening to them, but just from their perspective - as if you really are just talking/doing shit irl

Cuda
A lot of sex dreams with mediocre girls. Also this recurring nightmare where I keep getting attacked / infested with flesh and bone eating worms.
theprotester
Yesterday afternoon I finished girls sentence, and it was about some shit I dreamed, as I have never in my life been to the place she was talking about, or met the people she was talking about. I think I freaked her the fuck out something fierce. "How did you know I was going to say that?" Weird.

finEyoungCamel!!!
initially typed up this detailed account of last night's dream only to reach the limit of characters you can use at a time on this shit. cliff notes car full of random people i know but don't know each other riding to a specific graff spot (non of them write) area looked pretty close to the real world version except the sky was apocalyptic
MedicineCabinet
was talking to my friend about the same places in different dreams shit & he says he has dream places too lol
finEyoungCamel!!!
in one of them, my old street, it's my street but with purple grass and trees everywhere and kinda gloomy but not in a bad way.
theprotester
Mass, skies of fire and shit in dreams usually means you're worried about money/finances. If those people are not graff related, I'd bet there's something financial that ties them together. Or I could be wrong. It's happened before. finEyoungCamel!!!
@pros, sky wasn't that bad and the people aren't connected in any way, but i have been atleast thinking of my finances sortof heavily so maybe. another weird one last night, but this isn't a diary so i'll let someone else go. theprotester
Not so much a dream. More about waking up. I have no clocks in my house, only watches, and I don't check them when I wake up - just go about my daily. Just drove to work (no clock in my work ute) and it's midnight. I'm wide awake. The dreams were so vivid again that I feel like I haven't even been to bed yet. Going crazy?
finEyoungCamel!!!
so you were doing your daily routine without clocks or you really don't use clocks?
theprotester
I have watches/phones, but I only take notice of the time when I'm sitting here at my desk on the computer. I can do increments to the minute in my head, chef life, but the actual hour/day escapes me more often than not.
finEyoungCamel!!!
no clue what that could mean. maybe that you're just going through the motions or that daily life has become monotonous? wild guess.
