not so big on wine...when i drank though it was always the rossi burgundy...you could put it in a gatorade bottle and drink it in front of cops as you drive down the street.

i miss you carlo.

im a big fan of this for reds, since a lot of heavier ones leave you hungover as fuck if you drink the whole bottle...

getting weekly wine tastings was the best part of waiting tables...

Courtesy of 5FM...since nobody else wanted to partake of the Rossi, I wound up polishing off two bum jugs that night. It was rough, I tell ya.

I'm drinking a lot more wine these days. A LOT.

Any recommendations for the $15-20 range. I got my cheap wine game on lock, but I need some decent wines to hook up with food.

Santa Rita (Chile) Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

I've been drinking this consistently for the past couple of months. Highly recommended.

And what's the deal with that? Do they already have ironic pictures to post? I mean it's always happening. And another thing, these appreciation threads are about topics so pervasive in society that there is really no progress. It seems like everything is constantly on track for a downward spiral.

This is the wine thread.

I know next to nothing about wine, but I've been trying different types lately... if any other wine noobs are interested in learning more about the subject, check out John Cleese's Wine for the Confused on Netflix streaming. I got a good deal of info out of it.
