The only thing that's going to get your head right is time. All the other stuff is just stuff to do in the meantime (or it's haters hating, which you should just ignore), but it's not going to make much of a difference besides getting your mind off being bummed out for a few hours. Oh yeah- it might be a good idea to take a break from getting too wasted/doing illegal shit/any combination of the two if you're not thinking straight.
