Spring Break '92
So wait, when you were on the fishing boat, you were fishing for minnows through an opening in the boat?

Abstract Rationality
Im open to all kinds of food, some of that looked really good; some didn't. Every time I try chicken in a lot of asian restaurants, they cook it in the same pans as the fish. Nice thread......
LUGR
I went during August. Arashiyama sold me on Japan as a whole. Did you make it to the mountain top little temple? Its epic. When you are finished I will post some flicks. We made it up there but apparently the trail kept going even further around the mountain. Did not walk the whole trail. So wait, when you were on the fishing boat, you were fishing for minnows through an opening in the boat?Pretty much. 6 hours of catching minnows. We were catching 2-3 every cast, another boat had trouble getting a bite. Woke up here. Went here. Caught another train. Asian fast food. Arrived here. To relax. Checked in and was issued sandals and a robe like attire. The room. Private hot spring. Laying on the ground in the room before the futons were set up. Mitsuya cider taste like bubble gum. Walked around town. Saw this. Apparently vegetables are sold here on the honor system. Take what you want and leave the money you owe...I guess they were sold out on this day? Hiked here. Snowed in. Peaceful place.

Was tasty. Tea. Dessert. Finished eating. The Dining room. Keep your feet warm. Spent time in the hot springs. Sun rise. Breakfast. Fish in the morning. Barley soup? View from the dining room. Power Bill
I am going to qualify what I said before- not only did your GF take you around and get the really ill food for you- you were adventurous enough to eat it which is cool. you never know unless you try. I eat foods that would defo make most of you squirm. Private onsens are the shit!! Nothing like the bow chicka wow in the traditional cedar bath and then putting on the robe for an afterglow sapporo to make you feel like a Shogun.
