For those of you about to get one of these, get an extra atomizer and a few bottles of juice. I am finding that it if you vape alot you will go through it pretty steadily.

Yeah, definitely. Something I discovered is buy high and cut it with vegetable glycerin from wally world. Make sure it says "USP" on the bottle. Pink/purple/white is the color and it's usually in the pharmacy area near bandaids and such.

I bought a 30 ml of 24mg and cut it in half. Getting a 50 ml tomorrow and will cut it down, as

well.

For those wondering, 30 ml lasts me about 2 weeks+. It varies with use, though.

Out of curiosity, how many of you that already vape can't stand analog cigarettes these days?

I've noticed that after a day, they tasted shitty. After a few days I could smell them and they made me feel nauseous. Now I want one sometimes, but pull out my pv and take a puff and the urge disappears.

In case any of you missed it: 50ml for $22 http://shop.rockymountainvapor.com/category.sc?categoryId=22

i've read hit or miss stuff about the canned air. People seem to think that if the atomizer coil is already really weak, the pressurized air can blow it apart where as boiling water might not. I have no valid input to add on the subject though.

And casek, the flue-cured from esmokeyshack is pretty tasty. Just threw together a cart of it like 30 minutes ago. it's got this odd little sweet aftertaste that you taste for a couple of seconds after/while you're exhaling, then fades out really fast. The overall taste is pretty good too and still has a relatively distinct tobacco-ish flavor, and even though i wouldn't have expected to like the sweeter aftertaste, i'm kinda enjoying it. I don't know if i'd use it as an all the time liquid, but i'd say check it out if something that has some sweetness to it but doesn't fully cross into a non tobacco flavor intrigues you.

Yeah, I've read various things about it being shitty to boil, blow canned air, coke, etc.

Decided to give it a go since the 801's weren't getting a good draw, if any. Worked this

time but who's to say if it won't fuck shit up next time?

So, you're all around thoughts are good on the flue cured? Cool. I'm looking for something

to vape at night (I miss smoking a pipe) that is easy on the senses and smooth. My "blended"

from RMV should be here tomorrow and I'm hoping that it's good.

I'm digging this fat kids reviews. http://www.youtube.com/user/moobyghost

The flue cured would be pretty much perfect for that in my opinion. There is no overbearing taste, it has enough throat hit but isn't as harsh as the marlboro red stuff i have, and it is smooth. I'd say it's an ideal night time/relaxing in general type of flavor. It doesn't have what i'd consider much of a pipe smoke taste, but then again it's been ages since i've smoked a pipe, and you've been vaping for awhile now so i'm sure you're quite aware it is never going to have the same taste as actually smoking.

When I smoked a pipe I would smoke vanilla blend or similar aromatic blend so it sounds like it might be perfect.

The real tobacco taste: I don't know if I miss that anymore. Not from analog cigs, anyhow.

They taste and smell really shitty to me now.

One big problem I do have is that I vape all day whereas I was never a chain smoker with analogs. I like puffing when I'm working or relaxing.

Edit for brilliant flavor idea: Pussy. That is all.

I suppose you could try hash oil in one. I realized last night while I was drinking and talking to my boy and his new chick in my living room that I refill the cart alot while I drink and vape.

Alcohol extraction, low heat evaporation to a little thicker consistency, mix with VG or PG,,,,,

Oooooor, a 6+ hour PG extraction.

Just got the RMV "blend" 24mg.

First impressions: Very tobacco tasting, nearly like pipe tobacco but not quite.

Very smooth vape with an almost sweet taste.

Ya know when you pop open a fresh pack of good analogs and that smell (reminds me of

raisin bran smell) wafts up? That's the taste.

I'll have to vape this for a bit longer before I come to a final conclusion, but this could grow on me.

I just got a bottle of the Cola juice and a wood grain atomizer. It tastes pretty good. Let me get this straight though, you only put drops of the juice on the atomizer end of the cartridge filter and refill as needed, correct?

Yes, right down on the batting (cotton stuff). My experience is that you can get 5/6 drops

into it. A needle might help to make the juice drain faster. Plenty of mods to make your

cotton batting take more juice on youtube.

You can also drip right down the atomizer onto the wick. I don't recommend this too much.

Probably are. Tobacco shops aren't hip to the good stuff. I have a feeling this will soon change

since you can vape in bars, restaurants, etc. When I was a smoker, I'd avoid a lot of places I like just b/c of the no smoking policy, now not so much. I feel a lot better, too.

Thats whats up Casek. Thats what Ive been doing. I was just making sure I was getting the optimal experience. I think menthol is my bread and butter liquid. The cola is good for just waking up, getting ready for work. I want to get a bottle of mint and mix it with menthol. I think that would be a good combination. I feel like the fruit flavors would taste alot like the blunt wraps you buy in the hood.

haven't really read this thread nor know much about e-cigs. just knew this thread existed and this was on the front page of the news in Cali.

State sues electronic cigarettes retailer

Marisa Lagos, Chronicle Sacramento Bureau

Thursday, January 14, 2010

Electronic cigarettes - also known as e-cigarettes - look...

(01-14) 04:00 PST Sacramento - -- They look and may even taste like cigarettes, and their manufacturer claims they are a safe, tar-free alternative to the cancer-causing real thing.

But California Attorney General Jerry Brown says that electronic cigarettes - also known as e-cigarettes - contain dangerous chemicals and are being inappropriately marketed to children, and that their makers have no evidence to support claims that the product is safe.

On Wednesday, the state's top cop filed suit in Alameda Superior Court accusing Smoking Everywhere, one of the largest e-cigarette retailers in the United States, of violating a number of state laws by making misleading statements, failing to warn consumers of the product's potential harm and engaging in unfair business practices. A similar suit was filed against the same company by Oregon's attorney general last year.

Brown wants the court to prohibit Smoking Everywhere from selling its product in California until the company produces evidence that e-cigarettes are safe.

Smoking Everywhere isn't the only company to sell e-cigarettes in California, but a spokesman for Brown said he is targeting the manufacturer because they have been in talks with the attorney general and could not come to an agreement.

Smoking Everywhere's e-cigarette kits retail for about $40 apiece online, look just like regular cigarettes - down to the light at the end of the product that glows when a person inhales - but are battery-operated and contain cartridges filled with nicotine.

When a user inhales, a heating device converts the chemicals contained in the cartridge into a vapor that can also be exhaled and resembles smoke.

"Right now there is no quality control, the (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) is not regulating them," said Dana Simas, a spokeswoman for the attorney general.

"We want to make sure if there is nicotine, it's a consistent amount and that there are no dangerous products such as anti-freeze in them."

Last year, an FDA analysis found that e-cigarettes contain carcinogens and toxic chemicals - including an ingredient used in anti-freeze. The FDA, which seized several shipments of e-cigarettes, is embroiled in a court battle with e-cigarette manufacturers over whether the agency has the authority to regulate the product.

Simas said that while the company is not allowed to sell the product to minors, they have no age verification process on their Web site, where you can purchase the e-cigarettes.

"They've sold hundreds of thousands of them at mall kiosks and they sell them in flavors like strawberry, bubble gum, peaches and cream - things that attract younger buyers," she said.

Company officials did not return a call seeking comment, but the product is touted on their Web site as "a tar-free way to enjoy smoking and the freedom to smoke most everywhere. The smokers still get their nicotine, but don't get the side effects attributable to tar which contains real tobacco."

The only negative side effect I noticed is if I exhale hard out of my nose, I will get this nasty bitter taste like what it tastes like when you puke hard being drunk. Dont vape in through your nose is my advice on that, like how you would smoke a blunt. I just got some juice in rated in 16mg strength. Seems like different companies consider high/med/low nicotine strengths to be various in mg.
