Currently it seems to be locked and only accepts other Vodafone sim cards, however I am going on away and will need to put foreign sim cards in there at some stage so I don't pay $$$$ in international calls. Put all of your breakable shit in the middle of the bag. Put all of your soap/toothpaste/deodorant in two plastic bags and put that in the center too.
