It's not intended for high-bandwidth applications since it's a shared network...in other words, if you use TOR when you're trying to download an album, it slows down the entire network for everyone not to mention the fact that anytime you download or stream through a proxy of any kind it's going to take 3-5 times as long to complete, if it works at all. Maybe we U.S. citizens can set something up for you redcoats where you won't have to worry about getting caught so much? Or, you can search "filetube" for rapidshare shit. I don't really know the answer, folks. What I do know is what I've been telling you in this thread. It's easy for ISP's to examine and pinpoint specifics.
