Well i dunno if theres a thread about this but i haven't seen one.

anyhting work out related

good exercises, supplements etc.

 

Question: i've been working out for a bit and i've gotten buff, but now i wanna get cut, anyone know the best/fastest way?

if you want to get cut, lower your calorie intake so that you have a calorie deficit, and then do a lot of cardio. lifting help too, of course.

 

i'm bulking right now so my calorie intake is pretty high, only supplement i'm taking is creatine monohydrate in pure form, along with protein. its giving me really good results. what are everyone's maxes?

yeah i heard about cutting salt so i try and keep it to a minimum.

i hurt my knee this football season so i can't do tredmill etc right now, anyother effective ways to do cardio without putting too much strain on my knee?

But if you are looking to bulk up it wont do that.

 

 

one of my homies swears by bodybuilding.com for bulking up.

for creatine i use cellmass. It got me fuckin yoked. now im fuccin huge like those guidos. no joke. I worked out for 3-4 days a week for two years and gained thirty pounds.

I did my crossfit workout today and was beat. I guess that is what I get for taking a week and a half break from working out. After my workout I saw some Marines doing ground fighting techniques and decided to join. Let me tell you they are dirty fighters, one tried to get me in the eye while I had him in a choke, but I dont blame him. If I was getting the life taken out of me I would have done the same....to bad that eye gouge cost him me elbowing his head.

I'm glad this thread came up... i've been working out a lot lately and need to get cut. Running does a pretty good job but not good enough.

 

Even though there an official work out thread i think.
