Fezz Posted November 15, 2009 Share Posted November 15, 2009 if you want to get cut, lower your calorie intake so that you have a calorie deficit, and then do a lot of cardio. lifting help too, of course. i'm bulking right now so my calorie intake is pretty high, only supplement i'm taking is creatine monohydrate in pure form, along with protein. its giving me really good results. what are everyone's maxes? After my workout I saw some Marines doing ground fighting techniques and decided to join. Let me tell you they are dirty fighters, one tried to get me in the eye while I had him in a choke, but I dont blame him.
